Briggs Park Oval, Mead Street, Byford 10 am to 4:30 pm and from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm for fireworks display and entertainment. Applications for stalls close on 30th September 2006.
LIMITED POWER IS AVAILABLE
All Sites are 7mtr Frontage x 5mtrs Deep (including tent pegs and stays or van frames)
Non Powered site fee for Not for Profit and Charitable Groups is $55 ($50+ GST)
Non Powered site fee for Private Groups is $110 ($100+ GST)
Non Powered site fee for Commercial Groups is $330 ($300+ GST)
All requested Powered Sites are an extra $27.50 per site ($25 + GST)
All cables to be supplied by applicant. All electrical equipment will need to be tagged and certified as safe prior to the event. Certification and tags will be checked by the Promoter’s event electrician. If required, further testing will be available onsite for $11 per item.
Fees are to be included with the stall application form. Cheque or Money Orders are to be made payable to
